Ask for a re-test with an examiner that does not know the outcome of the victims test and has no vested interest in the the investigation.  Make sure the examiner is unaware of prior testing.

i have been employed with a local SO for approx. 8 years, recently i was involved in a formal complaint regarding a resident at my apartment complex for which i am the courtesy officer. the complaintant stated that i have been harassing her and supposedly doing traffic in an unmarked police car that belongs to another agency. anyhow, after 4 weeks the investigators have come up unfounded on the complaints except one, the use of the car for traffic. the investigators decided to give her a poly first, and then advised me to submit to one. i thought i dont have anything to hide and have been truthful throughout the investigation, so i told them i would take one as long she takes one first. they advised me that she passed hers so i submitted to one. i supposedly failed miserably with a -29, now they have put me on admins.leave w/o leave pending a investigation. anyone know what to do. please help.
