You can expect waits, long waits and more long waits in their hiring process. I found there was normally about a 3 month gap between any stage of the process. The whole thing took about 16 months.

I received an email from a recruiter from the CIA asking me for additional info.  They stated in the email that once they received my info more infomation would follow.  The interview that is scheduled is about a month from when I received my e-mail.  My question is that I have heard nothing since I proviede them with the additional info.  What is the wait and is it normal?
