I just wanted to share my experience. I failed my first polygraph with the dreaded "Drug Questions". Actually this is kind of funny since I was the Teenager that did not enjoy smoking pot. I smoked weed about 4 times my entire life and that was it. Yet I got flagged as lying about this. I was actually being truthful yet the Polygraph Examiner was insistent that I was indicating otherwise. After the test there was some going back and forth regarding the accuracy of my statements. Basically him saying "we are not looking for saints and if you are truthful maybe we can do something for you etc." I was not about to admit to something that I didn't do so I stood my ground. I did eventually get my results back with a failure. I then applied for a re-test and used the methods given on this website. I did pass on my second attempt. What a joke that I had to resort to these methods to pass when I was being truthful to begin with. I just want you all to know if you fail request a retake. You can pass if you apply these methods.
