My son was just rejected from 2 police applications in Texas (on in Dallas)
It seems everything was fine except when on one question "did you or any one you know ever transported marijuana"?  The examiner says it showed "something" cannot be regarded as a lie, but some abnormality so no job.
On the other test for a job in another city, he was sent to his horror, to the same guy in Dallas.

Can anything be done to challenge or sue?  Not because he is my son, but they don't come cleaner and this is so unfair.
