For anyone who has taken a polygraph and used countermeasures, I urge you to post the results of your test--as well the countermeasures you used to try and beat the test--in this chain of posts.

Doing so will help readers of this site further understand which countermeasures seem to work.

(For the large numbers of people who frequent this site, there seems to be only a very small number of people talking about the results of their test/countermeasures they used....?)

I will start:

I took a polygraph and used the tac-in-the-shoe trick on the control questions (it was a probable lie control questions test).

I kept my breathing steady the whole way through, not allowing it to deviate on any of the questions.  

I just recently received word that I did infact pass the polygraph test using this countermeasure.
