I recently took a pre-employment test for an LE agency. The examiner was friendly, but professional. we conducted the initial pre-test interview without any problems. I have to admit, I was nervous. When we got to a section in the real test reguarding "SEX CRIMES" I became more nervous. After the test, the examiner said I was being deceptive in this area, and "did if feel I needed to get anything off my chest?"  I had a one time fling with a married woman 15 years ago, and have regretted it since. I carry alot of guilt along with it. He listened to my answer, and I gave alot of details. No crimes were committed and it was just "one of those things". He stated "OK, I don't see anything else here to be concerned about, I'll send it on." My question is : Did my admission to adultry cause me to see the act as a "crime" and give the indication? Is he the only one I need to convince I'm not some pervert? He stated that  a review board would review the test. Worried...
