Do you want to challenge your polygrah failure?

You may be aware that I am presently handling a legal challenge to the federal government's use of pre-employment polygraphs. The battle is going well so far, and I will be filing pleadings tomorrow to further the cause. If you have an interest in joining the lawsuit, please let me know. We are always looking for new plaintiffs.

However, for a variety of understandable reasons, some polygraph victims have chosen not to participate in the lawsuit. Since it is not a class action, their interests are not represented.

There are, however, two other administrative avenues that can be pursued which may possibly provide you with a remedy (unfortunately, the FBI and the intelligence agencies are exempt from one of them). In fact, the more people who chose to pursue one of the remedies in particular the more likely I can create a favorable situation to challenge this absurd policy. Given that these options are administrative, I can keep costs unbelievably low. If this is something you might be interested in knowing more about, please contact me and we can discuss the details.

These steps, unfortunately, are restricted to federal polygraphs only. Please identify the agency(s) involved if you contact me.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Unfortunately, the lawsuit I am handling involves only those polygraphs administered by the federal government. Certainly the information within the lawsuit can be used to help your situation, but not to the extent of joining the lawsuit.
