Hello, I would like to know if anyone has any information on how to appeal a TSA polygraph above the quality control level. I had an examiner as me about masturbation habits. This question was asked after he found out that I am 40 and not married. I sent an email requesting a retest with a different examiner. The response from quality control was that the test was conducted in accordance with current tsa polygraph standards. The question was ask within the first couple of minutes of the “ chat before the test starts”. I would also like to know of a good attorney that I could contact about the experience. Thank you
