	Tried to look this up on the forum but last time it was asked was 2006-2009. Failed my CBP poly however will the stuff i discussed with my poly able to be seen by NYPD or just what I tell them? I don't want to disclose something that will hurt my chances if they don't show up at all

	As a rule, federal agencies do not share applicant files with non-federal agencies.

	The Privacy Act would prevent CBP from providing your applicant file to NYPD.

	forumuser, It was a violation of the Privacy Act for the FBI to contact the LAPD regarding my polygraph results. Human nature hasn't changed, so I expect that such violations still occur from time to time.
