FOIPA Request (Read 2284 times)

	I received my FOIPA request asking for my pre-employment polygraph documents, charts, recordings, etc. All I got were the other employment documents, such as my background check form. My polygraph wasn't mentioned at all. I specifically asked for it in my request letter. Is there any reason they wouldn't have been able to send it to me?

	The CIA will absolutely never supply any polygraph data in response to any FOIA/PA request. The NSA will provide this information, except for the actual charts. I'm responding based upon my actual experience with both agencies.
