I came across a website for an interesting-sounding organization by the name of Intelxit.org.
It appears to be based in Germany, and actively seeks to persuade employees of intelligence agencies worldwide to resign their positions on moral and ethical grounds.

Some of the site is only accessible through a Tor service. Cool

and Office of Personnel drowns in the Potomac?   A great beginning!
