Is the CIA exempt from the Government shutdown?

It would be great if it wasn't.

I'd love to see the scum there be forced to work without pay! Angry

What do we call it when every employee of the Agency's Office of Security
and Office of Personnel drowns in the Potomac?   A great beginning!

The best intelligence community employee is a compromised IC employee!

I have heard and read both ways. Yes and No. We have no way of finding out for sure because I also read that Obama picked the entities for shutdown. There are so many lies coming from the White House that it's hard to even guess. I did see a piece on national news that FBI Director, I believe, said that the shutdown would hamper national security. Who knows what that means. Our government is so f-----up now. They want to keep us in the dark.

All federal employees furloughed for the 16 days were retroactively paid for all 16 days.  Thank you taxpayers for the nice vacation!

That's all that these government "shut-downs" ever accomplish!

Did you get homesick for Langley after 16 days? Smiley

Go on and have your fun at our expense now but, hide and watch, the elections next year. We are going to make wholesale changes. Some communist legislators are going to be out of a job. That is unless Obama has enough control in every state to effect election fraud like he did to steal two terms and like Dirty Harry did with truck loads of illegal aliens being hauled to different voting places in Las Vegas to vote multiple times. The results in states like Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida prove Obama stole the election last year with 105% of registered voters in some counties in Pennsylvania voting for him. I'll ask again: Do you think Obama could pass a polygraph? He probably could because I'm sure he knows all countermeasures which are undetectable. Plus he's such a habitual liar, he really believes he's telling the truth.

BTW - I'm having fun too bashing some idiots in both houses of Congress both Democrats and Republicans for allowing government employees, like you, to take advantage of us taxpayers. You all need a bath

George and Doug,

Why don't you invite U.S. Senator Tom Coburn to visit our discussion? If anything, it will enlighten him to the sophomoric attitudes of these so called Polygraph experts who control the portals of our security agencies.

Quickfix, a cheap shot at an old person? I think it's time to compile your comments and promulgate them to members of congress.

Look out "quickfix" - there will be no quick fix for the problems you are going to experience when you feel the wrath of the Archangel!  Let the promulgating of this pusillanimous polygrapher's prolific pontifications begin!  Charge archangel, CHARGE!   I'm going to enjoy this... "We" is classified.

Quickfix and Arckhangelsk: Can the age crap. One is only as old as one feels. At 83, I still pump iron with the best and do 4 rounds on the heave bag 6 days a week. I can still whup-up on a ton of wildcats. Not even the youngsters, at the gym, will put the gloves on with me. No bragg. Just facts because I invite them at least once a week.

quickfix,

As I said, watch some high powered Democrats and RINOs go home next year. Then I'm coming after government polygraphers This is one dude that's not afraid of Obama and his evil empire.
