	I'm an Ivy League-educated USMC veteran and a 38 year-old professional interested in a career move to the CIA clandestine service. I've read that age waivers can be obtained for applicants over 35. Is this true? If so, how does one secure a waiver? Would my four years of active duty in the military aid me in this process? Is it even worth my time to apply? Any help would be appreciated. 	I think it would be a waste of time to apply to the CIA. What they promise and what they actually do in the area of employment selection are wholly different.

	What do we call it when every employee of the Agency's Office of Security and Office of Personnel drowns in the Potomac? A great beginning! The best intelligence community employee is a compromised IC employee!
