Marine,

I'd like to have the question list. Can you please write them all down to the best of your memory?

Why would you even want to be a game warden when being an MP qualifies you to be a regular LEO? I was once stopped for a traffic violatio ( which wasn't a violation btw) in a small town. I flipped him off and continued on my way.

I failed2012, you shoould request a 2nd opinion of the charts. Go to a supervisor and make a request and say you would like a 2nd opinion. HAve a good attitude and try. You may be surpriised. They often get defensive but if they are there to do the job right, they will agree to have someone look over the exam.

Okay guys im reposting this on post from yahoo answers feel free to give me any type of info on what you think..

First and foremost I am a 20 year old U.S. Marine (Military Police) I am a reservist. My dream has always been to become a police officer. I was given the opportunity to become a dispatcher for Ky dept. of Fish and wildlife. I passed all my written test and drug test BUT I failed the polygraph. They will not allow me to see the final results but I do know that I "syndicated" that i am a drug abuser and that i have a serious hidden criminal background. NOW.. That is two completely false labels that have been given to my name. This forum is not about those two questions. I stated to the polygrapher that I was very sick before the test (its on paper) and that i have a background of having very high blood pressure when given test..( i was dq'd the first 2 times i tried joining the marines)(irregular heart beat/ heart murmor) It wasnt until i was hooked to an ekg that they realized i was fine. But anyways In kentucky you are not allowed to hire/fire based on results of the polygraph. i met with the HR manager of f&w and she told me based on their policy she can not hire me due to the results of the polygraph. I talked to the director of the law enforcement council and she told me that it is illegal for them to do that and that the council gives every employer the opportunity to send a person back for additional testing also she told me it is illegal for them to hire/fire due to the results and also told me that polygraphs are extremely innaccurate. So my question is... Do i have a possible law suit based on this information???

The director is wrong. She needs to check to check the use of the polygraph by our national security agencies and most police departments. They hire and fire by the poly. For instance, if an active FBI agent fails his 5 year ( I believe) poly, he is subject to be fired. They hire solely by the poly. So does the CIA, NSA, etc. No pass, no job.
