	Most of the public contact units of the Agency are incredibly fcked up. This especially includes the personnel and recruitment offices. They do use the phone to contact applicants, so it's quite possible that the call was legit. Also, the fcking Agency uses the generic term "government" without further elaboration whenever identifying themselves, so that aspect of those messages would appear to be typical Agency culture!

	What do we call it when every employee of the Agency's Office of Security and Office of Personnel drowns in the Potomac? A great beginning! The best intelligence community employee is a compromised IC employee!
