	In 2006 I was DQed from my local PD for using MJ to close to the time I applied. Was my application put in to any databases that Federal Background Investigators would be able to find? Would they even be looking for it? It's been about 10 years since I last used but I can't remember the EXACT dates I said I used since I just guesstimated. I'm worried they won't jive if I apply for a security clearance in the military.

	They may find the application and subsequent report when the investigator goes to all the LE agencies in the areas where you have lived. if the Agency pulled a credit report that may also identify the agency. I would think if you are pretty close on the time frame for last usage you will be ok.. You can explain the answers during your security interview.
