Hello all,

I am currently employed by the military but my investigation of the SF-86 has not begun yet. I was not completely honest about drug use though i did admit to using marijuana prior, however i did not list the most frequent times and two instances of trying pills in high school 7 years ago.

I want to correct my SF-86 or let the investigator in charge of my case know of this before my investigation begins. Does anyone know how this can be done? Thanks for all of your help.

Contact whomever is responsible for conducting your background investigation (like your security manger).

Thanks for your fast response. How do i know who that person is. I have had no indication of when my investigation will begin, nor who is doing it. Thanks again.

Depending on what your service calls them, (I was in the Navy and the Security Manager was responsible for this).
