MSNBC.com features an excellent article by chief science and health correspondent Ralph Bazell titled, "Shedding light on lies — and lie detectors: Polygraphs persist despite failing science's truth test":

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22044177/

The article includes a link to a poll that asks the question, "Do you think the U.S. government should continue to use polygraph tests?" Unfortunately, the link to the poll in the article is broken. Here is the correct link. Please let MSNBC know what you think:

Sir,
I think that the US govt should not only stop using the poligrapf voodoo machine, but that all poligraphists should be tested to check if they are witches.

I think that when the 'caspie-claws' are applied to them, they will indeed quickly confess to being charlatans and witches.

Then we only need to find a suitable Matthew Hopkins to filter out the
poligrapf witches.

Respectfully,
JP

That was quite a venomous rant now wasn't it. The fact that you ended your remarks with "respectfully" doesn't negate the fact that your ad hom attack is against posting policy.
