Sharing Information Across Agencies

If you take a polygraph and fail it in one agency then apply to another agency and are selected to take a polygraph, are the results of polygraph A shared with agency B? These agencies are in the same geographical area but one is a state agency, the other a county agency.

I'm confident that after reading this board I can do a much better job if I take a polygraph again.

Just wondering.

It is not unusual for law enforcement agencies within the same geographic region to share information about applicants with one another. And it is standard operating procedure for polygraphers to ask examinees about any past experience with the polygraph.
