I need advice

Cry A quick question.

First off I am a law abiding citizen that has done things in the past that would be considered disqualifiers.  I have reformed myself.   I am trying to obtain a profession where I can help people and use my past experiences  to benefit society.

----------------------------------

Say I was to take a polygraph test for Dallas PD and disclose information that could be a disqualifier.   Would Dallas PD be allowed to disclose the admission to say Fort Worth PD?  Are there rules and regulations for that?  What if I failed Dallas for being inconclusive?

Also say that the same detective gives both polygraphs but there are two different answers to relevant questions.  Can he disclose this?  Or does he have to solely go by what is on the Pre-Test questionnaire?

These are what if scenarios basically.  Any help is appreciated more than you know.

Hiya Tex,

Glad to hear that it's stopped snowing up yr schnozz. PS: "Law abiding" and "disqualifiers" just dont seem to work in the same sentence. Seems to me that you're screwed either way. You're already
strung out - imagine how ur gonna be stressed out in the presence of Deputy Polygraph. if you disclose your Disqualifiers ur dead meat. Go for broke. Read George's TLBTLD and BS your way past the
box.

And if you think that Law enforcement doesn't spread the word around, about you,,,,keep dreaming.
