I don't understand your question. What is a "medical polygraph?"

I really dont know what is it however they said the next step is a medical polygraph. They explained to make sure your not lieing about any medical information I gave. Such as prior heart conditions, back problems, etc so I dont get the job then and claim I got the medical problem while working. I hope this clears it up a little but like I said I am not sure really what it is.  I guess alot of people get jobs then claim they recieved the medical problem while working at the job then get workmens comp or disablity.

antitest,

Your test will likely be a CQT type test based from medical records or statements you have given. THey will then try and get you to discredit your statements using the polygraph as an interrogation technique. Something tells me that there is significant issues they want to mitigate and not have to either pay for or be responsible for. And if this is for hiring purposes its against the US law to use a polygraph in private industry for hiring purposes.

Download the TBTLD, (The Lie Behind the Lie Detector), from this website. Read, Study and practice expecially chapters 3 & 4), and be prepared. THis is nothing more than an attempt to either discredit you, or get this company off the hook.  Also if this has medical liability issues you may want to bring a lawyer into this, and one that specializes in Medical litigation issues.

Regards ....

Well I passed the first polygraph that was a basic pre employment polygraph. It was just like the TBTLD stated. After I was done they said ok everything looks good and said your next step is a medical polygraph examination. I really dont want to make a huge issue about this becuase I really want the job and that is there process for employment. I just didnt know what to expect. I knew what to expect with the other polygraph becuase of the TBTLD and everyones experiances so I guess ill have to post after I take it and let everyone know what happend. I just dont see how they can come up with any CQ's other than the "Other than what we discussed is there any other medical problems you have?"  That is my main concern
