I just took the test I know the examiner caused me to fail. The question was have you violated your conditions of probation scense you have been on probation with your current PO? The question is about a 3 to 4 year period and thhe condition are about 20 conditions and the word violate can refer to a sexual assult. All the other quetions where have you -------- in the last year. I think his control question was do you have thoughts of physically or emotionally hurting someone? I don't I guess he assumes all sex offenders do. Even so he could not detect deception on the sex questions.
I told him I was bothered ny the word violate and he told me that would not cause a response.
I found the Texas Sex offender suggested guidlines for polygraph testing and they state that emotionally laden words like molest and leagal terms like arest should not be used.
I showed my PO the suggested rules and she told me that violate was not an emotionally laden word and that I need to take another test.
Is there someone related to this site that I can have my lawyer send the test results too that  can look at the questions and evaluate the test to prove that I was set up?
I called the polygraph examiner to get the result for the test and he told me he could only send me his opiion as to the results of the test he claims the state of Texas will noy allow him to give me the graph charts. Is this true why would the state want to hide the results? 
If he gets another $200.00 every time I fail I will never pass.
