If I bite only my tongue, and do no breathing CM's, would this be effective.  I was also wondering if I bite my tongue hard enough (where it hurts but I am not making a face and my tongue obviously isnt bleeding), would this show a huge increase on the poly.  I know you arent supposed to overdue the "anal pucker", but can you overdue the tongue bite?
