polygraph in the near future question (Read 5243 times)

	I have a question for those of you who have used either "the lie behind the lie detector" or "how to sting a polygraph." I am taking a polygraph in the near future, and I am not sure of which one to use to get information on using countermeasures. Should I go ahead and buy "how to sting a polygraph", which comes with a DVD, or should I just stick with "the lie behind the lie detector." Are there any differences between the two of them? Any info would be helpful.

	axa, I suggest you save your $50.00, and read "TLBTLD" available for free on this website. I have read both, and in my opinion, feel that TLBTLD contains better quality material than what’s found in "How to sting the polygraph". Good luck. Triple x

	Why not use both? You can also use the power of your intelligence by learning how to help abolish the poly' and doing whatever you feel you can to stop the use of the poly'. Just think, if a few more people before you would have choose to do the same, you wouldn't have the unfortunate experience of dealing with the poly' now! I encourage you to not be like so many and just 'get through it', but, to take control and use your situation to help others and stop the poly' industry. Start planning now for how you will deal/react if you do not pass your exam. What would be your next step? How can you continue to work through your situation? How will you stay posative? Answering these questions to yourself now, will help you later to deal with the realities. I hope your exam goes well for you! North.

	“Once people hear the magic name of science, you can sell them anything…except understanding” (e.e.cummings). I have been intrigued by this site and (most of) its contributors. It is reminiscent of reading Robert Calef who opposed the witch trials back in the 17th century. The polygraph… the modern equivalent of throwing someone in the water to see if they will float (and are therefore, a witch). Has our society really regressed that much that aside from lacking gray clothing and funny hats, we are no different than the Puritans? ???
