I'M A 22 YEAR OLD AFRICAN AMERICAN "SO-CALLED" CONVICTED OF SQUIRT'N WATERGUNS AT A COUPLE OF WOMEN AT A SUMMER PARTY LAST YEAR. THERE WERE AT LEAST 100 PEOPLE AT THE PARTY. AND ABOUT 30 PEOPLE MALE AND FEMALE WITH A WATERGUN.--THE BOTTOM LINE IS--ONE FEMALE SLIPPED IN THE GRASS, 10 PEOPLE GET DRAGGED TO COURT, MYSELF AND FIVE OTHER PEOPLE [THANX 2 THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY] GET HIT WITH A "LEWD ACT" CHARGE.--- I SAID "F" IT I'M A MAN, LET ME DO MY COMMUNITY SERVICE, COUNSELING, 1 YEAR PROBATION AND A [DEPENDING ON THE COUNSELOR] LIE DETECTOR.

THAT'S MY BACKGROUND BUT LET'S GET TO THE SHOOT THE POLYGRAPHIST QUESTION.

I FINISHED MY COMMUNITY SERVICE, MY COUNSELOR LIKES ME.......UNTIL!!!  THIS SLIMEBALL WEASEL CALLED A POLYGRAPHIST PREPS ME FOR A LIE DETECTOR TEST!!

[ALSO NOTE THAT I WAS EQUIPTED WIT THE "STINGER" TECNIQUE]

THIS SLIMEBALL DOES SOME VOODOO LIKE POPS 2 ASPRINS IN HIS MOUTH, NODS HIS HEAD BACK, TOUCHES HIS EYE LID, AND SAY O.K. I'M READY TO GIVE YOU A POLYGRAPH TEST?!!!!

I ALSO FOUND OUT NO MATTER HOW WELL YOU USE THE STINGER BREATHING TECHNIQUES, IF A POLYGRAPHIST HAS A PRESUMPTION ABOUT YOU DURING THE PRE-INTERVIEW, HE CONTROLS THE OUT COME!

MATTER OF FACT THIS M.F'er  WOULDN'T EVEN LET ME SEE THE COMPUTER SRCEEN WHEN IT'S OVER?!!!! THE POLYGRAPHIST SAY SOME CRAP ABOUT YOU WEREN'T COMPLETELY HONEST ABOUT BLAH,BLAH,BLAH, I'M GOING TO FAIL YOU.  MEANWHILE HE'S ALREADY TURNED OFF THE COMPUTER AND TAKING OFF YOUR EQUIPTMENT!!!!!!!  THE ONLY TIME I SAW THE COMPUTER SCREEN WAS WHEN HE RAN THAT "YOUR A GOOD CANDIDATE 4 THE POLYGRAPH CRAP".{EVEN THEN I SAW THE STINGER TECHNIQUE WORKING ACCORDING TO PLAN!}

A POLYGRAPH TEST IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL SET UP A WEB SITE LISTING THE HOME ADDRESSES OF THESE MOTHERF....S!!!!

THE POLYGRAPHIST ASKED ME AM I COMPLETELY DRUG FREE BECUASE I USED TO LIVE IN THE INNER-CITY 8 YEARS AGO?!!! I TOLD HIM HELL NO I DON'T DO DRUGS OR SMOKE, I RUN TRACK AND FIELD FOR MY COLLEGE AND WE GET DRUG TEST REGULARLY!!!

THE WITCH DOCTOR EVEN TOLD ME, IF I FAILED THE TEST, HE WAS GOING TO DO EVERYTHING IN "HIS" POWER TO VIOLATE MY PROBATION?!!!!--- WHICH  EQUALS 50 HOURS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE, 6 MONTHS OF COUNSELING($1200), AND 8 MONTHS OF MEETING WITH MY PROBATION OFFICER, ALL BEING OVERRIDED BY A SLEEZEBALL CON MAN I JUST MET 3 HOURS AGO?!!!!

THE BOTTOM LINE IS WE NEED TO TRACK THEIR HOME ADRESSES AND HUNT THEM DOWN!!!! THE SAME WAY GEORGE BUSH IS HUNTING FOR OSAMA BIN LADEN!!!!!

You are correct, polygraph testing is flawed. However, that being said, I urge you to exercise caution with regard to such a threatening post. Any such statement could easily be taken completely out of context.   
 
Be advised, your "IP address" is recorded every time you log on to this [or any other] website. With a court ordered subpoena, the website administrator "George/Gino" could be ordered by a court to turnover the website "IP" log to a number of various Federal/State/Local LE agencies that may express interest in your threats. 
 
In case you are not aware, "most" polygraph examiners are Federal/State/County Law Enforcement Employee's as well as LE Investigators.   
 
I wouldn't be threatening any of them with violence as you have demonstrated here.

Onyx, you are getting some good advice here from people that care about correcting the situation you find yourself in.

Never make decisions in anger. They are too often regretted.  Passion is operative when making love, but can be used to destroy you making war.

Not much I can really add to George's, XXX's and "Fair Chance's" advice.  Unlike me, they have walked in those shoes - though not to the degree you have.
