I have seen in several places references to clinical depression and PTSD as being an important factor in polygraphs.  Are there some articles or other resources about how such affects polygraph administration?  What if medication is being used such as Serzone, Prozac or Celexa or other drugs of that type?

???

Bearing in mind that polygraph "testing" is without validity even if the subject is not affected by any such disorder/depression/medications...

See Chapter 7 (Identification of Problem Areas through Basic Principles of Psychology) of James Allen Matte's Forensic Psychophysiology Using the Polygraph (J.A.M. Publications, 1996) which includes discussions of depression and PTSD. See also Chapter 20 (The Effects of Drugs in Psychophysiological Veracity Examinations).

You might also want to search the National Criminal Justice Reference Service's abstracts database and full text publications archive for relevant articles.
