I have my MSW and work in the Mental Health field and this test have seen this test used quite often. I also have known it to be used in headache/migraine clinics as well.

And I must say that asking for the questions on the assessment and trying to "cheat" is the CRAZIEST and most absurd thing I've ever heard of!! :D
