First off, I would like to kindly thank the FBI polygrapher who told me about this site, I only wish I had found it prior to my polygraph nightmare. It would seem that I too am the  recipient of the dreaded [glb]"not within acceptable perameters"[/glb] letter.  I was accused of using countermeasures on questions like my name and where I work by the polygrapher.  Damndest thing is I never heard of countermeasures prior to the poygrapher accusing me of using them.  On the relevant questions I scored fine..Go figure.  ::)
The only thing I can think of that was bothering me was the fact that I had my fit test scheduled immediately following the polygraph and was hyper stressed about it due to having to run with a slight sress fracture in my left leg and severe shin splints in my right leg.
So I guess my next step is to write some letters to try and get a retest, but I doubt that will do any good.
I do have one question, aside from the director of the FBI, should I also write letters to the applicant coordinator in my home off as well as to the person in D.C. that sent me the rejection letter?
