Joe Kelly suspended for losing a kilo of cocaine; Mark Beckerie fired for transferring his dry cleaning bill to fellow officer; officer Mike Ramirez forced a couple to give each other oral sex as he watched; officer Arthur Sewall forced prostitute to give him oral sex; officers Chris Fisher and Ron Mortenson fired several shots at hispanics on street corner while off duty. All these fine gentlemen are part of the LVMPD. It seems that their polygaph policy is definately keeping the dirty cops out of their department.
