Well hell I may as well jump in on a late thread.  You're all asking the wrong questions and placing a comforting hand on this guys shoulder.  Maybe we should be asking a few more questions.  You're telling me he was convicted for shooting a squirt gun and the charges involved lewd behavior!  He's obviously skipping over some relevant points in his story.  Like, what was in the squirt guns?  Good thing we've got the polygraph to blame on this poor souls woes.   ;)
