I also failed my 2nd poly. I told him I was truthful in post interview. He recommended I disclose in therapy but theres nothing to disclose! This reminds of of the stories I heard from inmates complaining about 'ghost dope'. They create 'ghost victims' then when you don't disclose they violate you. Its all corruption people. Lawyer up and keep fighting for what little rights you have left

As far as I'm aware, there is a reason that polygraph operators have to use multiple different types of physiological responses. Relying solely on one should be considered unethical in the polygraph field. Either your story is false to instill fear or your operator is heap of scum among the pile of trash that is polygraph operators in general and they should be unlicensed.

So I just failed my second poly. This operator was the complete opposite of the first one. Instead of a brute he behaved normal trying to convince me right away of the validity. He went over every question prior. Then did test and I failed. Not because of my breathing or heart rate as I used the breathing technique and tongue biting. Especially easy behind a black face mask. The thing that failed me on two questions was apparently super increased sweat in my fingertip.. How the crappity smack am I supposed to controls something like that. what a crappity smacking idiotic metric your fingers literaly in something that makes it sweat.  None of the rest of my body sweats.

And my probation office essentially has you pay 250 every test and if you fail you're rrequired to do it over and over til you crappity smacking pass. I failed my first one due to being a complete noob and was so panicked every time he spoke I'd freak out doesn't help that he was yelling at me practically on on had y question and it of COURSE illicits a physical response.  This was utter bullshit and theres no countermeasure I can find in the book to prevent SINGLE FINGER SWEATING. I cant afford paying over and over just to be further painted a criminal
