Oops. sorry for asking a question that has already been answered. Guess I should of done some more reading before asking. Here is where I found my answer. CM vs relevant question breathing pattern (would ad the link but it says i have to post a regular question first? thought I did that with the first post i made?) that was even of the first page of the "The Lie Behind the Lie Detector" forum.
