Hello, I am new to this forum. To give you guys a run down of my crime, I was convicted of a sex offense stemmed from a internet sting operation. I was arrested while I was walking back to my car as I dont approach houses with their lights off. Well, of course this led to a plea agreement of 10 years in state prison if I didnt sign it or 90 days in jail and three years of probation if I did. Well, I took the latter. So, as of current, I am 50 percent done with treatment class. So getting to the polygraph issue, Ive taken three polygraphs, and all came back inconclusive. I gave out every girl Ive known that I have been with, plus a ballpark number of everyone that Ive spoken with on the internet and gave out everything of my past. I have a history of a few mental disorders, as well as born with nerve damage at birth leading to a significant hearing loss. I have less than 6 months left on probation, and the PO is wanting to extend it for the polygraph issue. Is there anyone that can help me with the issues here as most of the time I cant hear the polygraphers questions. The ones that I have seen are extremely soft spoken. They are good people, certified, but it sometimes feels that Im being taken advantage of for my hearing loss. I have tried to ask them to speak up but at times during the questions, they lower their voice, and naturally I ask to repeat the question. Honestly, I regret even being stupid that day when the police was continually messaging me and being stupid on responding to them. Funny thing is after I was convicted the prosecuter reversed the story of saying there was a 13 year old to this was a sting operation led by the local news and the police. This issue is making it hard to get back to my family in Arizona, and I did hire a lawyer to help me with this situation, and he said that i should do a plethysmograph and get a second opinion from a well-known mental psychiatrist. I just feel so bad for making some bad choices and I do apologize for this post being so long, just lost here is all. I thank you very much for your input and taking the time to read this all and look forward to any responses on how to take this.
