George: Thanks for the info, I will look in to that study. What do u think is the main difference between the Sting Technique and the techniques discusses in TLBTLD? JD, The tongue biting and mental countermeasure techniques described in The Lie Behind the Lie Detector are based on peer-reviewed research by Charles R. Honts and collaborators. See the annotated bibliography for citations (including article abstracts).

Dear Jack I do not know what led you to assume that I do not intend on telling the truth. I have nothing to hide. I am simply curious to know why the experts disagree on their CM methods. Also, as a polygraph expert, perhaps you can answer why the polygraph is not utilized in court? JD
