I don't know what records, if any, an FBI contractor might be obligated to provide to you, but you could certainly file a Privacy Act request with the FBI itself for all records it holds on you, including but not limited to the polygraph examinations you underwent in 2013, 2015, and most recently.

Regarding how to file a Privacy Act request with the FBI, see:

Hi,

I recently failed my FBI CI Polygraph or so says the Polygraph Examiner and security.

I am looking at the Security exit briefing I was provided and it gives me an address.

I can see receiving a "Dear John" letter immediately advising me that I was never an employee.

Any thoughts on how you would proactively word this as to avoid this issue?

Also, I would like my polygraph results to include my passing in 2015 and my alleged failure in 2013.

Any ideas on what you would ask for? I would natively ask for all records but don't want to give them any opportunity to miss anything due to not being specific.

Also, how does this process usually turn out? I would imagine that I will just receive a Dear John letter or something that is heavily redacted.

Thanks.
