So, I never applied for employment with CBP, but I'm familiar with what CBP polygraph records typically include. You'll find examples of such data in the archive of CBP countermeasure case files that we published in 2015 (104 MB .zip file):

https://antipolygraph.org/documents/cbp-confirmed-countermeasure-cases.zip

I expect that CBP will not release the computerized data files (in Lafayette's PF format), but they might provide you with a printout of the charts.

While not included in the countermeasure case files, there should be an audio recording of your polygraph session on file. That will also likely be withheld from you.

There should also be a copy of any release form that you signed and any written statement you may have signed.

You'll find blank copies of the forms associated with the CBP polygraph screening process (as of 2015) here (see the "CBP Forms" sub-header):

Hey everyone,

Has anyone here obtained a FOIA documents for their CBP Poly results? I submitted a FOIA request for 2017 poly results, but its taking a while.  I was just wondering what will the FOIA information contain?
