Whether the polygraph charts are hand-scored by the operator or machine-scored by a software algorithm matters little. Polygraphy has no scientific basis, and polygraph chart readings have no evidentiary value.

Hello AP Board

I am seeking information on the reliability of automated polygraph scoring system vs the examiner call of Deception of No Deception.

In talking to examiners here in Canada and down South - USA it appears no one can give me a good explanation.  What I do hear is personal preference?
