In my part of wisconsin, at least, people are no longer facing sanctions for failed polygraph when no other evidence is present of wrong-doing. People routinely fail polygraph here - like, at least 70 percent - and what they usually do is try to slap a GPS bracelet on you... but they are running out of GPS bracelets and have to get approval from the state capital before they can put one on you now. There are guys with GPS bracelets on that fail, and other than maybe a weekend in jail, nothing happens. There are guys that admit violations, and other than a weekend in jail, nothing happens. The tide is turning, my friends... rejoice! Everyone in the groups knows that polygraph only measure responses and not 'lies'... even the therapists readily acknowledge this. Coupled with Wisconsin's emerging culture of not relocating people over technical rule violations, this means the tyranny is coming to an end.
