No, not much at all has changed in the years since 1982, when I was polygraphed last.
Adverse publicity is an excellent idea, but the intelligence community, unfortunately, has been able to remain wholly impervious to all revelations about its incompetence. Angry

The irony is that the "truth" behind polygraphs may reside with those who tried to be too honest and failed their exams.
