Yes they will get the results that's exactly what happened to me I failed a poly for border patrol and when I applied for customs they told me I wwasn' ssuitable for the job. That was back in 2011 now 2014 I hope I get a chance in the future.

So I went into the CBP poly not knowing anything about the process in an attempt to not taint the process and be honest about everything. Long story short...I failed..and admitted to a few things that I did not think were too serious but they DQ'd me for. I received a letter in the mail stating they were looking to find me unsuitable for the position and my options were:
1-Admit that the information was accurate and be found unsuitable and barred from reapplying for up to 3 years.
2- Submit a statement to resolve the issues and await further adjudication
3- Withdraw from the application process before a decision is made
Needless to say I choose to withdraw my application. I am now facing another polygraph with another federal agency. Can the agency request my CBP poly results even after I decided to terminate the application process? Also do I admit to previously applying and taking the poly for the CBP? Any advice on the situation would be greatly appreciated. I really hope this failed poly does not follow me around the entire federal law enforcement circle...
