It really depends on dosage, length of use and last dosage prior to the examination.  Many examiners would attempt to test you and possibly get an inconclusive result.  Check with your examiner and see what he/she says.  It is a prescribed medication and you should not discontinue its usage unless told to do so by your doctor.

That depends. The poly operators are usually very alert as to your body language,disposition,eye movement and so on. They are basicaly observing you 100% of the time,in addition to administering the poly. So in reality it all depends on your reaction to the medication. I know for a fact that if I took it, I would exhibit a very obvious "stoned",too mellow behavior. But that's just me.
