I just took a polygraph recently for LEO and I was in and out in 2 hours. The polygrapher was cool and I was honest with him. He told me the results looked good except for the drug portion and told me that I had failed. BUT I was subject to NO Post Interrogation, he shook my hand and walked me out and wished me luck. Welcome to my world. I didn't have to sign anything saying "deception indicated" but I was told that I failed the polygraph and a few days later I was formally DQ'd. I did have a post interrogation in regards to the questions that I appeared to be "deceptive" on but due to an "insufficient reason" on my part, my examiner could not "articulate" what happened with my polygraph. I think in that case, my answer that "I was staring at the black dot on the wall and trying to stay still" (which was the honest to god truth) probably didn't sit to well with him.

Anyways, keep at it. I definitely feel your frustration.
