The only way to know is to contact the person at the USMS with whom you are dealing. He or she can answer all your questions with certainty.

One more thing... if you have something smart a@# to say and reply... I will not waste my time and read it. You should have better things to do, than be a smart @$$. I appreciate all the good responses that you guys reply on the other post, it is sad there are a few people here that have nothing better to do than be a @$$. Thank you for your time Mr. Nice
