I recently applied online for a Junior Trainee Program for the Clandestine part of the CIA and I got a phone call 2-3 weeks later saying I was highly competitive. I got a packet in the mail 3 weeks later and I completed online tests, filled out everything, even started reading from the book list they send me. I sent it back within 2 weeks, the time-frame I had was 3. It said in the letter that if I do not hear from them in a month, they are no longer interested.
