If I had to guess, I'd say it was and RCT (Relevant control test).  No distinct "control" questions.  Each relevant question acts also as a control.  You're reactions to each relevant question is compared to reactions on other relevant questions.

Questions 1, 2, 3,  and 6 are probable relevant questions.

No post test interrogation.

Hi guys new here, lets just say for sake of argument i took a poly test last week.
I wont mention the company name, but it was for an Armored money truck job obviously. I guess they've had problems with theft in the past, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it.

But the test WASNT that bad at all.
The guy or girl was very nice and friendly...NEVER got intimidating or aggresive.(like i usually hear from alot of people)

They said the type of poly used would be a typical test used by a police department(i thought they said NYPD....but nypd doesnt poly!), they said its also used for corrections officers.

But before i was given the test, he/she just described it alittle bit to me.
Then asked me a series of easy simple questions.

1.) Have you ever used drugs in the past 4 years.
2.) Have you ever been intoxicated on a regular basis while on duty for a job
3.) Do you intend to decieve the company or steal,etc...
4.) Is today Monday....
5.) Is your name "blablabla"
6.) Have you lied to me about anything today,etc....

Then I took a 1 minute break...I told them i was kind of nervous and that im sorry, ive just been stressed lately. They said "dont worry, you're doing just fine!"

Then we moved on to the second part of the poly....which was the EXACT SAME questions over again!

At one point I caught them asking me 1 particular question TWICE per test.....(that aroused my suspicions, because i KNEW i was innocent, however i just remained calm and repeated my answer again.)

After the poly was over, he/she just remained silent, and BARELY said much to me.(which was odd, because he/she was a pretty big talker BEFORE the test!)

But they said they will continue to contact my past employers, etc.
They said to expect a call from so-and-so on a certain day next week.

BTW: The poly machine was just a Laptop, a USB device, and TWO finger clamps, and TWO Waist Cords, and blood pressure arm strap..........no seat pressure device or head wires or anything fancy, LOL.

Does anybody know what kind of test this was?
The questions didnt go deep at all, very simple and basic.

But i was still VERY nervous, however he NEVER once told me to calm down or got pushy at all.

Im sure it went well, however im still very self-conscious about it even know I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to hide!
