You can enhance your privacy when browsing and posting to this forum by using the free and open source Tor Browser and posting as a guest (using a fake e-mail address such as nobody@nowhere.com) or registering with a free, anonymous ProtonMail e-mail account. Registered users can exchange private messages with other registered users and receive notifications.
That you even asked the question that you did suggests to me that you haven't understood the material covered in Chapters 3 & 4 of The Lie Behind the Lie Detector. Under the circumstances, it might be wiser not to use countermeasures at all (and ideally, not to take the polygraph).

Hi there I'm supposed to take a polygraph test during the next couple of weeks, and while I feel totally comfortable with most of the questions that I will be asked, there's one specific question that's troubling me (it doesn't really matter what question it is, just the fact that it is a "relevant").
It seems to me that in this case using countermeasures only for all the "control" questions isn't enough, am I right ? Should I use countermeasure for all the "control" questions plus the "relevant" questions (except the problematic questions) ?
