If you are asked questions like if you have 'ever stolen anything ever', for instance, should you say 'no' 100% of the time? Is the goal just to say 'no' to every question (while increasing your responses to them) and then maybe 'yes' to one (like have you ever lied ever?) to not seem like you're stonewalling?

Then again, in the direct control questions you will have to say 'no' no matter what, so I think this probably isn't that big of a deal...
