you are being a bit paranoid I think. I really doubt that LE personnel have the time to scour internet boards to match your IP and to what end?. Hell, they mostly assume you have been here if you take a poly at all these days.
your best bet is to go in and say you've read the board, you know how it works and do george's honesty approach.
Don't believe this. If you use the honest approach, you will "fail" the poly! Read TLBLD and use the CMs.

I'm not afraid to post because I'm not doing anything wrong. I am a victim of the polygraph, and so I'd like to help educate the public about the frauds regarding the use of such device - especially in the workplace.

AntiPolygraph.org has never been issued a subpoena for information regarding visitors (or any other kind of information). The webhosting company on whose servers this site resides is located in Canada, so the FBI cannot serve it with a National Security Letter demanding such information (and prohibiting them from mentioning it to us). But it is possible that we may have at some point been or may currently be the subject of monitoring with or without a warrant from the FISA court. For related discussion, see NSA FIRSTFRUITS: Is This Site Being Monitored?.
I encourage you (and all) to affirm your First Amendment right to free speech by exercising it.
