Sorry darkcobra but where in my post did I say I lied? I simply stated that I knew the polygraph was a fraud. Learn to read. Oh I forgot you only need a GED to perform polygraphs.

Well I have taken an passed numerous polygraphs...so as much as I dislike polygraphers I was able to look them in the face with a BS smile on. The key was doing my homework before I went in, and to know that you and your other polygraph buddies are a fraud. The whole time I was sitting there, I was laughing inside because I knew the game he was playing. Won't be long till everyone knows your game and you will be in the unemployment line. Cheers*

At least my profession is not based on lies and ruining people's lives. They don't have time to look at all the data, but they can make a ruling on such? Sorry but we don't have time to hear all the facts, YOUR GUILTY. For your sake I hope so, because after all what is a polygrapher qualified to do? Maybe you will be taking my order at the drive through. Try looking in the mirror the next day when the polygraph is exposed, wish I could be there to see the look on your face.

Well how bout you polygraph me in front of the Supreme Court and I will prove to you and them that your machine can be beaten? This will in fact prove how ignorant both of you are.

P.S.
Just because they don't question the validity does not mean they have examined all of the research in regards to "polygraphy". Thus enabling them to still be ignorant.

I don't think even the Supreme Court has looked at all of the evidence behind polygraph testing. So in my opinion they are still ignorant.

What is it with the Texas oppressors?

Do they believe they hold the crystal ball and have all the answers

You can only begin to imagine the pleasure of failing one when you were telling the truth. How about 16 hours of community service to "incentive-ize" you to be more truthful?

Is it true that Texas can force polygraph's on post convicted persons who are ordered to undergo SOTA treatment?

If so, will/can someone explain that since the US Supreme courts have found them totally unrealiable and without scientific basis how a state force what our highest courts do not allow in court...

Also, if a examiner claims that an exainmee has been deceptive what are the consequenses; even if the examinee does not disclose incriminating statements or denies the results?

GoFigure?
