You can enhance your privacy when browsing and posting to this forum by using the free and open source Tor Browser and posting as a guest (using a fake e-mail address such as nobody@nowhere.com) or registering with a free, anonymous ProtonMail e-mail account. Registered users can exchange private messages with other registered users and receive notifications.
I think you need to read the book again, your questions are quite elementry. Although examiners claim they can detect countermeasures it has not been proven. I would suggest breathing and cardio on first round of controls, and then cardio only on second round of controls.It worked for me, although some may disagree and tell u to do both on all rounds.

Hello everyone, I'm new to posting but have been reading the site for about a month now.... I'm taking a Poly for a southern police Dept next week and have a few things that I need cleared up.... I've read the book but still have a question....During the control questions do I use countermeasures on each and every one? Alos when do I use them? Is it the pre-test or the actual test? Also the Post test...is that required? If it is do I use CM on that as well? I guess I'm wanting clarifacation on when to use the CM's and also when not to...It seems that it would be pretty obvious If I used CM's on EVERY Control question but none on RVLT questios ...Would not that point to a CM to the examiner
